I did not want to even touch this story but people seem to really be following it. First, GutterUncensored.com will NOT be posting the Hong Kong Yoshinoya Rape Video. Stop sending this video to the Gutter Uncensored tipster hotline, Thanks but NO Thanks. Rapes will not be posted on this blog, not because its illegal in the United States because it not, as long as its a real news story. But rather because it just plain wrong. The only reason that would allow thie video to be posted on the GutterUncensored.com is if the video was a fake and the girl in the video was pretending to be raped like a Japanese AV or if the suspects are found innocent in a court of law. Send any other sex scandal videos or pictures to the Gutter Uncensored tipster hotline at the email address SUBMIT@GUTTERUNCENSORED.COM, nude celebrity pictures too.

Explicit snapshots from a "rape" video that was flashed around Hong Kong on Tuesday via mobile phones and the file-sharing program Foxy were still circulating on the web yesterday despite a Hong Kong police warning of tough action against illegal uploading and distribution.
Three suspects have been arrested since Wednesday September 10.
The first suspect is He Jia Jie 何嘉杰 who is a 17 year old student.
The second suspect is Ma Hao Qin 马浩芹 who is a 16 year old student.
The third suspect is Li Xiao Zhong 李孝忠 who is 19 working as a shop assistant.
At the Court hearing, the three suspects' kins were sobbing when the charges were read out while the three suspects acknowledged without any emotion.
The three suspects faced charges of allegedly raping a young girl at a Sha Tin Yoshinoya Restaurant in April.
The prosecutor has requested the court hearing to be delayed for another four weeks as they have to send the suspects' handphones for further examination.
The three suspects have been refused bail as the case was a serious one.
Yoshinoya has set up a task force to investigate the case while refusing to confirm if the three suspects were their employees. Yoshinoya has promised to cooperate fully with the police.
According to online Hong Kong news portals, the video lasted 1 minute 48 seconds with the suspects and the victim wearing Yoshinoya's uniform and the victim was pleading for mercy from her violators.
Police said the three teenagers who had been under arrest in connection with the violent "rape" video were still being questioned. No one has been charged yet.
Three of those who appeared in the video clip were wearing the uniform of the Japanese restaurant chain, Yoshinoya.
A spokesman for the chain said it lodged a report once the existence of the clip was brought to the attention of management.
Yoshinoya said it needed to establish whether the alleged rape had occurred in one of its premises.
Yoshinoya refused to say if the arrested teenagers were its employees at the time. But it was "highly concerned" over the incident and had set up task force to look into the case.
"Yoshinoya is highly concerned about the possible damage the video has done to its reputation. If an investigation shows any member of our staff has breached the law, the company must follow and cooperate with the police to protect social justice and punish the offenders," the company said in a statement.
On an internet discussion forum, a photo of a young man, suspected to be the one who "pushed" the victim to sit on top of the "rapist," has been posted and circulated on the web.
Some claimed the young man, surnamed
Leung, was a 17-year-old Secondary Five graduate. By yesterday, the explicit snapshots from the video had been uploaded to more websites and were still circulating online. At the Court hearing, the three suspects' kins were sobbing when the charges were read out while the three suspects acknowledged without any emotion. In a statement last night, police said an investigation into the video was still underway and it warned that those who distributed the photos could face prosecution and face up to HK$1 million in fines and three years in jail. In the video clip, which lasted one minute and 48 seconds, a young man was lying naked on a table while the young woman, half naked, was being pushed and carried to "sit" on top of the man. The suspected victim was wearing a blue T-shirt, similar to the chain's uniform. She was later in a sitting position while the naked man was seen on top of her as she screamed "stop ... very painful." Besides them was another young man in the same uniform who was telling and instructing the first man how to press against the woman. "Take the bra off," the second man said earlier in the incident. A third person made the video, which included close-up shots of the private parts during the "rape" and audio recordings of her protests. Toward the end of the clip, someone is heard saying: "It has entered."
